Why have a Domestic Supply Chain?

Keeping our production local means fewer toxins, lower emissions, and total transparency.

1. No Chemical-Laced Shipping Containers

Clothes made overseas often sit in fumigated shipping containers for weeks, absorbing toxins like methyl bromide or formaldehyde used to kill pests. U.S.-made clothes skip that entirely.

2. No Mold from Ocean Transit

Long container journeys across humid oceans can lead to mold-contaminated garments, especially in natural fibers. U.S.-based production avoids that moisture risk altogether

3. No Microplastics in the Fabric

Domestic production makes it easier to track fibers and avoid microplastic-heavy synthetics, reducing daily exposure to hidden hormone disruptors.

4. Cleaner Manufacturing Standard

U.S. factories follow stricter rules on banned substances in dyes, finishes, and textile treatments, protecting your skin from harmful residues found in imported garments.

5. No Long-Distance Clothing Miles

Like food miles, clothing miles matter. Overseas garments travel thousands of miles, burning fuel and picking up toxins along the way. U.S.-made clothes stay local, cutting emissions and reducing your exposure to harmful chemicals.
