YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, WE HAVE ANSWERS

CONTACT AND GENERAL

How do I reach you?

You can reach us at hello@bea-organic.com.

Where are your garments made?

At Bea Organic, we proudly keep our entire supply chain within the United States. We grow our cotton in Texas, spin and knit it North Caroline, make the dye in our Santa Monica based kitchen, and cut and sew each piece in Los Angeles. This approach helps us significantly reduce our carbon footprint and ensures the purity of our garments. By avoiding overseas shipping, we prevent the contamination that often occurs when harmful chemicals are used to protect clothing during long transport. Our commitment to sustainability and safety extends from the farm to the final stitch, keeping your clothes clean and the planet healthy.

What makes your clothing organic?

Our clothing is made from 100% organic cotton that is grown without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. From farm to finished garment, we ensure that every step of the process aligns with sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

What does plant dyed mean?

We exclusively use dyes derived from occurring fruits, vegetables or nuts. These are dyes which can be fixed to fabric through entirely non-toxic binding processes and are biodegrade in the local ecosystem. Because of this, color may vary from peice to peice.

Why do colors vary slightly between garments?

Since we use natural dyes, color variations are a unique feature of our clothing. Different factors like plant maturity, soil conditions, and seasonal changes can affect the final color, making each piece one-of-a-kind.

SUSTAINABILITY

Why is natural dyeing better for the environment?

Natural dyeing uses renewable, biodegradable ingredients that are free from toxic chemicals found in synthetic dyes. Our dyeing process also consumes less water and energy compared to conventional methods, making it a sustainable choice for both people and the planet.

How does keeping your supply chain domestic help reduce your carbon footprint?

By keeping all production processes within the USA, we minimize the environmental impact of shipping materials across continents. Additionally, our local supply chain ensures our garments are free from harmful chemicals often used to protect clothing during overseas transportation.

GARMENT CARE

What are the care instructions for your garments?

You can find care instructions in the details section of the product page on our website and on the care tag inside each garment. If you're unable to locate them, feel free to email us at hello@bea-organic.com.

In general, we recommend washing your garments in cold water and air drying in the shade. Avoid wringing them after washing, and please note that some color transfer may occur during the first few wears and washes.

For more detailed information, visit our Garment Care page for all our recommended care practices.

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking your personal measurements against the size chart on each product page.
